Furthermore, you will receive daily updates of new houses, usually a day before they go on the market. If we see a property among the offerings that we think suits your needs, we will make an appointment as soon as possible. This way there is a good chance that you will be one of the first to view the property.
Step 2
Viewing
If you have seen a suitable property among the selection, we will visit it together.…
We coordinate the appointments, request relevant information and research at municipal institutions. During the viewings we will be your sparring partner. We watch with you and discuss the things we notice in or about the house. Not to tear down the house, but to be critical one!
Step 3
Evaluation of the house
After the viewing there will be a short evaluation meeting in which all pros and cons will be discussed.…
If the outcome is positive, an advice will be worked out. As professionals, we know what to look for.
