How much does a buying agent cost in Amsterdam?
Since 9 years we are specialized in purchasing and we work on the basis of a fixed fee and a performance fee. The performance fee depends, among other things, on the amount we can negotiate off the asking price. This gives you the assurance that we will do our best in case of a negotiation. Unfortunately, this does not apply to a tender. The market is cooling off, but many homes in Amsterdam are still being sold by tender.
The purchase rate for a targeted purchase
It is also possible to engage us for part of the purchase process. Perhaps you already have a house in mind! The quotation will be adjusted accordingly.
As you will understand, every purchase/search assignment is customized and our rate depends on that. We find it important that you know in advance exactly where you stand. Contact us and you will receive a non-binding quote to make an appointment for an introductory meeting.

Our fee includes 21% VAT, viewings, written advice and research costs: such as those for the Land Registry and the Environmental Department. There are no additional costs.
