Our client had been in Amsterdam for less than a year and almost immediately knew : ‘This is where I want to settle for a longer period of time. I have moved more than 15 times in the past few years and I don’t want to do that anymore.’ A few times it looked like we would make an offer. Only after we discussed the property one more time and listed all the pros and cons,
it turned out it wasn’t the right property after all. Until this property came on the market….
