After our introductory meeting, we had made several appointments to go see different houses. The first house was immediately a good option! “But yes we have just started” is often the first reaction.
Fortunately, my clients also realized that it was a very good option. After the 2nd house they were prepared to make an offer on the house they visited first and after the third house they were convinced that the first house had to be the one….

Fortunately, the negotiations went well and so we were able to purchase the home below the asking price.
