Apartment in Watergraafsmeer: Just before signing the deed of sale, the seller got cold water fears. Yes, yes you read it right. Seller got the idea that he had sold his home too cheaply. FYI The home is still for sale.

After we submitted a final proposal on the 2nd home, the seller withdrew the order from his selling agent. That seller also had a much higher amount in mind.

In the end, we did succeed with the 3rd home. A very spacious drive-in house in Diemen. “Never thought I would end up buying in Diemen, but I’m glad the search went this way. This really is the best home!”
